Jonathan Bourland

Founder

In 2004, Jonathan founded a tiny, one-person shop in a Brooklyn attic and called it (so creatively) Jonathan Bourland Design. Since then, the web and the technologies that run on it have gotten bigger — and so have we, now Major Robot, a full-service agency. The success of Major Robot is due largely to Jonathan’s client-focused perspective. He knows that few technological puzzles have the same solution, and coaxing a new experience out of cold is a welcome challenge. Jonathan has years of experience creating a wide variety of data-driven, interactive experiences for myriad clients and contexts.
